Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Lifetime Upgrade License

The purchase of ZunoPad PRO (₹199) is a one-time digital purchase that instantly unlocks unlimited subjects, chapter workspaces, drawing features, and multi-cloud sync tied to your verified Google Account for the operational lifetime of the product as outlined in our Terms of Service.

2. Digital Goods Policy & European Consumer Rights Notice

ZunoPad PRO is digital software that is provisioned and unlocked immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
