1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, downloading, or using the ZunoPad Chrome Extension, website (zunopad.in), and related digital software services ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our services.

2. License Grant & Definition of "Lifetime"

Upon purchasing ZunoPad PRO, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable digital license to access premium features tied to your verified Google Account.

Definition of Lifetime: The term "Lifetime" or "Lifetime License" refers exclusively to the operational and commercial lifetime of the ZunoPad product and its services, not the natural lifespan of the purchaser. A lifetime license does not constitute an indefinite perpetual guarantee if the product reaches end-of-life or commercial sunset.

3. Digital Goods Delivery & EU Statutory Waiver

ZunoPad PRO is an instantly delivered digital software license. By completing a purchase of ZunoPad PRO, you expressly request and consent to the immediate performance and activation of the digital license.

European Consumer Rights Notice (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)): You acknowledge and agree that because digital access is unlocked immediately upon transaction confirmation, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal / cancellation once the digital performance has commenced. All purchases are non-refundable, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. User Account and Security

To unlock and synchronize premium features, you authenticate via Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials. We do not store, access, or handle your Google account password.

5. Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). By initiating a purchase of ZunoPad PRO (₹199), you authorize the charge and confirm that you are providing valid payment information.

6. Service Modifications, Availability & Sunset Policy

We continually strive to maintain high availability and performance. However, we reserve the right to modify, enhance, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, domain, or backend servers at any time, including in scenarios where maintaining operations becomes commercially or technically unviable.

In the event of a planned discontinuation or shutdown of hosted domain/backend infrastructure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice and/or release an offline-capable or sunset update where feasible. We shall have no financial obligation to maintain ongoing server hosting or domain registration beyond the active product lifecycle.

7. Third-Party Integrations & Platform Dependencies

ZunoPad integrates with and relies upon third-party services and platforms, including YouTube, Google Drive, Microsoft OneNote, and the Chrome Web Store. We are not responsible or liable for any service interruptions, layout changes, policy shifts, or API deprecations enforced by these third-party platforms that may affect extension functionality.

8. Referral Program & Fair Use Policy

ZunoPad may offer promotional referral programs enabling users to earn digital PRO license upgrades by inviting genuine new users. To ensure fair use and prevent fraud, the following conditions apply:

• Referral credits require authenticated, verified, and distinct Google accounts.
• Self-referrals, automated bot accounts, temporary disposable email addresses, and artificial cross-referral collusion rings are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to review, withhold, or revoke promotional licenses obtained through fraudulent or abusive mechanisms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZunoPad is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZunoPad, its creators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service or purchase of a license shall be strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by you for the ZunoPad PRO license (₹199).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts in India.
