1. Nature of Product (100% Digital Delivery)

ZunoPad is a browser extension and software productivity tool. All products, licenses, and upgrades sold on zunopad.in (including ZunoPad PRO at ₹199) are 100% digital goods and cloud services.

No physical goods or hardware items are shipped to your physical address.

2. Delivery Timeline & Fulfillment Method

• Instant Electronic Delivery: Upon successful completion of your payment via Razorpay, your PRO license is activated automatically and tied to your registered Google Account.
• Extension Unlock: Once you sign into the ZunoPad Chrome Extension with your purchasing Google Account, all PRO features (unlimited subjects, drawing canvas, and cloud sync) unlock immediately in real-time.
• Confirmation Email: A payment receipt and transaction confirmation will be sent to your email address by Razorpay immediately after the transaction.

3. Shipping Charges

Since all delivery occurs electronically via the internet and browser extension, there are zero shipping fees, packaging costs, or courier charges (Shipping Cost: ₹0.00).

4. Delayed Activation or Delivery Assistance

In rare instances of network latency or payment gateway delays, license activation may take up to a few minutes. If your PRO license does not unlock automatically within 15 minutes of checkout:

1. Ensure you are logged into the Chrome extension with the exact same Google email address used during payment.
2. Click the "Refresh Status" button in your ZunoPad extension settings.
3. If you still need assistance, please contact our support team at zunopad.official@gmail.com with your Razorpay Payment ID. We resolve all activation inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.
