The purchase of ZunoPad PRO (₹199) is a digital license purchase that grants instant, automated access to premium features tied to your Google Account for the operational lifetime or subscription duration of the product.

2. Non-Refundable Policy for Digital Deliverables

Because ZunoPad PRO is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification, purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the PRO features have been unlocked on your account.

3. Support & Resolution Exceptions

We want every user to have a seamless experience. Exceptions and refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

• Activation Failure: If payment succeeds but technical failure prevents your license from activating, and our technical support is unable to resolve your access within 7 business days of notification.
• Duplicate Charges: In the rare event of an accidental duplicate transaction for the same account.
• Store Compliance: Refund mandates required under applicable Google Chrome Web Store Developer Policies or statutory consumer protection laws.
