1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the ZunoPad: YouTube/ChatGPT Screenshot Notebook browser extension, related websites, and services provided by Zuno Suite ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our services.

2. License Grant & Definition of "Lifetime"

Upon purchasing ZunoPad PRO, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access premium features tied to your verified Google Account.

Definition of Lifetime: The term "Lifetime" or "Lifetime License" refers exclusively to the operational and commercial lifetime of the ZunoPad PRO product and its services, not the natural lifespan of the purchaser. A lifetime license does not constitute an indefinite perpetual guarantee if the product reaches end-of-life or commercial sunset.

3. User Account and Security

To unlock and synchronize premium features, you authenticate via Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials. We do not store, access, or handle your Google account password.

4. Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). By initiating a purchase of ZunoPad PRO (₹199), you authorize the charge and confirm that you are providing valid payment information.

5. Service Modifications, Availability & Sunset Policy

We continually strive to maintain high availability and performance. However, we reserve the right to modify, enhance, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, domain, or backend servers at any time, including in scenarios where maintaining operations becomes commercially or technically unviable.

In the event of a planned discontinuation or shutdown of hosted domain/backend infrastructure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice and/or release an offline-capable or sunset update where feasible. We shall have no financial obligation to maintain ongoing server hosting or domain registration beyond the active product lifecycle.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Platform Dependencies

ZunoPad PRO may integrate with and rely upon third-party services and platforms (such as the Chrome Web Store, YouTube, Google APIs, Unsplash, or Microsoft Graph). We are not responsible or liable for any service interruptions, layout changes, policy shifts, or API deprecations enforced by these third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZunoPad PRO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zuno Suite, its creators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service or purchase of a license shall be strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by you for the ZunoPad PRO license (₹199).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
